With the DSP-2232, I owned one of the early packet satellites on northbound passes, I lived on the gulf coast and could capture the sat as soon as it was a few degrees above the horizon!
i have an old mfj 1274c, 3 or 4 baycom modems and a pk-900. actually i am putting back on service an old ms dos 486 dx4 100 computer with f6fbb 5.15 on. let’s see what i can remember… last time i used that OS and fbb was 30 years ago!
